People are worshipper not d Follower

date: 23 Feb,2009

I got down today on Bhilai-3, my hometown from Kurla express after a hectic but pleasant journey to few holy places specially Shirdi. As such i know myself I am not the hardcore follower of the GOD nor even i would consider myself as atheist. Probably I am following the supremo because I can't dare to have animosity with the almighty or I consider GOD as synonym for self confidence. Anyway what is the harm in being a theist.

I have heard about so many saints, from different religions who put their life for the betterment of human race and tried to enhance our society. Everyone gave us message of unity and brotherhood. Shri SAI BABA is one of them, who preached the message of unity in our society. He tought us about GOD being a single/ central entity, & that's why I respect him from my inner.

"Majhab nahi sikhata apas me bair rakhna" (religion does't teach to entertain mutual enmity) this is a famous line from a poet Md. Iqbal but what I have figured out in my practical life that it should have been like -

"Majhab hi hai sikhata apas me bair rakhna".

Many religious gurus only tried to enhance a particular religion but actually they never tried to unite the society. SAI BABA is the only one who was not from a particular religion he was the saint for all. He put the concept of single GOD for all religion very firmly.

Its good to see that day by day the number of devotees to the GOD are increasing, it means as the nuber of followers increase very sonn this world will become a beautiful place to live in. But it is ahead than ompossible. HAd there been such number of followers in this world this place would have become the great heaven. Ultimately it tells me that there are number of worshippers increasing day by day not the followers.

This world was the most enthralling place to live in if people could carve out the difference between worshipping and following.

"OH"
"GOD ! repair and prepare this society."
